Five Little Ducks is a popular counting rhyme that has been around for many years. No one knows the original author or the creation date but it has been reproduced many times and translated into several languages around the world. In some versions, the ducks are replaced by other animals such as calves, elephants, or chicks.
Songs with actions are always enjoyed by children and this rhyme includes fingerplay alongside the counting. And quacking like a duck is great fun too!
